Party Professionals performs 3 services in-house: DJs, casinos, and videography. However, as most of our clients need more than just those three things we long ago expanded into event planning. Since 1989 we've been developing relationships with vendors of all kinds in order to bring our clients the best service possible.
If you're planning a catered event, you may have very little to go on other than the literature and brochures sent to you by a few catering companies. Perhaps a couple let you stop by and taste some food they prepared especially for you. But that's really not much to go on. Party Professionals, on the other hand, works with caterers on a daily basis. We've seen nearly every major company in action numerous times each. We know who consistently does a great job, and who sometimes leaves their clients left in a lurch. EVENT MANAGEMENT
The first step in planning any successful event is to determine its size and scope. When will it happen? How many guests do you expect? What services and entertainment do you want to provide? Will there be food and beverages? What is the budget? Those are the most basic, and yet most important, questions that need to be addressed.
When you meet with one of our event planners, he or she will guide you through the process of building your event from the ground up. The consultation is free, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards. Once you've met with us, we'll do all the legwork and paperwork, and within 24 hours present you with an assortment of proposals.
SAVING YOU MONEY
Party Professionals services hundreds of clients every year. And though each event is unique, most utilize the same basic elements as many others. Limousines, caterers, security agents, decorations, staff…these are the fundamentals that most parties need.
When and individual consumer reserves various services, he or she pays the standard rate. When a company like Party Professionals reserves the same services dozens of times or more per year, we receive a significant discount. We pass that discount on to you. We still make money, but you save.
For example, when we provide bartenders for an event, we hire from the same vendor each time. This vendor has proven through the years to provide professional service, and has the necessary insurance and equipment that we don't. So we outsource to them for bartenders. They appreciate the regular work, and offer us a 20% discount per event. We turn around and give our client a 10% discount. We make money, and our client saves money. Best of all, we don't need to add an additional planning fee as most of our competitors do. Our profit is a byproduct of your savings.
